  • The item must be in the same condition as received, without any signs of wear or damage.
  • Certain items, such as inks, needles, and personal hygiene products, are non-returnable for health and safety reasons unless defective.

  4. Ship the Item: Use a reliable shipping method to send the product back to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will not include original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item shipped, etc.).

4. Exchanges
